Our Enrollment Procedures
To enroll your child at Wishing Well Childcare Home Center, a scheduled tour is necessary for both the parents and the child. Please contact me to schedule an interview and a tour of the center.
Interview & Center Tour
You will need to print out and complete the Application Form and bring this with you to the interview.
An interview can be conducted after hours on a weekday evening, Monday through Friday. Having the first interview after hours allows you my full attention regarding any questions or concerns you may have. An appointment is necessary, so please contact me in advance to schedule one. You are welcomed and encouraged to bring your child with you to the interview. At this time, you will meet with the provider and tour the center. You will receive an Enrollment Packet that contains the necessary paperwork that must be completed prior to your child's first day of care.
Enrollment Packet
The Enrollment Packet contains: Registration Forms, Health Forms, Parent Handbook and an Immunization Card. It is required by the state of Colorado that the General Health Appraisal Form be completed and signed by your child's physician prior to the first day of care. An updated copy of your child's Immunizations is also required. Both the General Health Appraisal Form and a current copy of your child's Immunizations must be updated on an annual basis. The Enrollment Packet must be completed before care is to begin for your child.

Security Retainer & Tuition
Upon enrollment, a security retainer of one week tuition is required to hold the space for your child. If you decide not to bring your child after the deposit has been paid and the spot has been held. You will lose your deposit. This must be received in advance in order to secure your child's space. The security retainer will be applied to your child's last week of care if there are no outstanding balances on your account, and the proper notice has been given. In addition, the Enrollment Packet with the first week's fee must be received before your child's first day of care. It is acceptable to bring the Enrollment Packet and first week's tuition with you on your child's first day. Please see our current Tuition Rates for more information.
Relocating
If you are relocating to the Aurora area and you are interested in future enrollment for your child, please contact me and I will be happy to email the necessary enrollment forms to you.
